Looka lets you design, edit, preview and save as many logos as you like for free, and its paid packages come with unlimited changes after purchase, covering everything except the company name. Vellem's Kit ships your marks as generated from your brief, with no logo editor included.
Looka's Premium Logo Package ($72 one-time, as of September 2026) includes PNG, EPS, SVG and PDF files, color variations with transparent backgrounds, and all-black and all-white versions. Both Brand Kit plans ($96 and $129 a year) also include hi-res and vector logo files. Vellem's marks are 1024px transparent PNGs, so if a printer or sign maker asks for vector artwork, Looka covers it and Vellem does not.

Vellem generates a primary mark from your brief, then derives a secondary mark, an app icon and a monogram from it, and pairs them with a matching wordmark and two lockups. Favicon and app icon sizes, a brand book and a one-page website file come in the same download.

It is if you want a full kit for one payment and PNG logo files suit how you will use them. If you need vector logo files, want to keep editing your logo after purchase, or want a large template library and a hosted website, Looka is the better fit.

No. Vellem's marks are 1024px transparent PNG files. The lockups, social templates, business card and letterhead are SVG layout files with the PNG mark embedded. The video-call background is a 1920 x 1080 PNG, with an SVG copy beside it. The wordmark is outlined vector type unless a crafted wordmark image passes the spelling check.
